Tonia Deal has been a long standing member of the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Cleveland Chapter of Purchasing Management. She has attended numerous seminars and courses, and received several certifications in the areas of diversity recruitment and Supply Chain Management. In addition she has been published in Purchasing Magazine on various occasions over the past 18 years. She has spoken at several ISM conferences regarding global supply chain management and how it effects the bottom line.

Prior to starting this firm in 1993, Tonia Deal was employed by Sanford Rose Associates, Akron Headquarters Office and Hudson Franchise Office for seven years. During her seven years she served in several capacities including: Manager, Placement Services Ltd., a database publications division partnering with Cahners Publications. Recruiting Operations Managers for Opportunity Center, a nationwide career fair division; Traveling 70% of the time conducting technical career fairs for clients that included General Electric, Honeywell, Boeing, Raytheon, Motorola, and many more.
